Return Policy

Since all products are properly checked and packed before dispatch, **we do not accept returns** unless:

• The item is defective
• You received an incorrect size
• You received a wrong product

If you face any of the above issues, you can request an **exchange or refund** through Mail / WhatsApp.

Exchange Policy

Exchange can be initiated **once per order** and **within 7 days of delivery**, provided:

• Product is unused and unwashed
• Tags are intact
• Product was not purchased at a sale or discounted price
• Product is not custom-altered
• A full parcel opening video (without pause) is provided

Customers are required to send the parcel back to us for quality check. Exchange will be processed **only after** we receive the product and verify it.

Reverse parcel transit usually takes **3–20 days** depending on courier service.

Product will be eligible for return within 3 working days.

Sale Items

Products purchased during **sale / discount / coupon / gift voucher offers** cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund in Case of Cancellation

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the **same bank account / card** used during purchase.
